Wait, isn't exercise good for me? Well, yes it is good for everyone to stay active. But, as there is with everything else in this world, there can be too much of a good thing. Certain types of exercise have been said to raise testosterone levels in men and sometimes even women. It's also important to look at your family history to see if genetic wholesale hair loss runs in the family. It's important to rule out every other cause before assuming it's from over-exercising.
